What types of gift boxes do you offer?

We offer a variety of gift boxes, including themed boxes for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, corporate events, and more.

Ready to ship & Create Your Own can be ordered through the website. For custom corporate gifts, please fill out the Project Form and we will get back to you in under 24 hours.

Each box is carefully curated to include high-quality items that are sure to delight the recipient.

Can I customize a gift box or make and substitutions?

We are unable to customize any ready to ship gift box. Alternatively, you can also design and customize your own gift with our Create Your Own service.  

For customization orders of 10 or more, please email us at hello@brightboxes.ca and we will be happy to assist you with your custom order.

Do you ever ship out a gift with substituted items?

We do reserve the right to make substitutions as necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gifts.

However, In any occasion when substitutions are made, we will contact the sender to approve the change. Changes will always made attentively and always be of equal or greater value than the original items.

Can I include a personalized message with my gift box?

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalized message that will be added to the greeting card and will be included with your gift.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please reach out to hello@brightboxes.ca, we will do our best to locate the order and stop production.

Once an order is shipped out, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

To start a return for broken or damaged items, please reach out to us at hello@brightboxes.ca. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned standards.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to addresses within Canada.

Yes, we ship all over the world. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team. Shipping costs will apply.

What is the delivery timeline for standard shipping?

Typically, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options are also available. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
