Returns & Replacements
Refunds are accepted 30 days from purchase dates and will only be issued if the product is defective or damaged. Refunds requested after 30 days from purchase will not be accepted.
Due to some our products being perishable, we will not request physical shipment of the product to be returned.
You can request a replacement for Bright Boxes products that are defective or damaged by following these steps:
- Email your return to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the form below
- Email subject should reference your order number (e.g 1096641)
- Email must include photos of the defective or damaged product
- Email must describe what is wrong with the product
Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days. Replacements can take up to 1-2 business days to ship. Bright Boxes Inc. will cover the shipping cost of any replacement product.
